Thirty tasks completed within the month of September. I'm sure I would not have achieved so much without the motivation of blogging!!

Number Thirty Desk drawer

Before: Emptied drawer and sorted a big pile for recycling, a small pile for shredding and a large pile for filing plus large pile of stationary for relocating. In addition sorted further pile of paperwork in addition. Result a much emptier drawer.

Before: Cleared all items to proper places.
After: One empty table top

Before: Dusty and cluttered .Removed everything, dusted,threw away rubbish

After: moved to new location, tidy after returning items.

Checked through items. One pack of out of date tea to discard. Discovered; lint rollers, padded envelopes and packaging, which as I have a parcel to send will be useful

Emptied in readiness for replacement of boiler. Sorted in to piles for putting back
bath towels
hand towels
pillowcases
bedding king size
bedding queen size
bedding single
extra large towels and rarely used items for the back of the cupboard which I cannot reach without a stepladder!

Dining table; before;   ironing put away
                                    camera put away
                                     fruit to fruit bowls, packaging discarded
                                      snacks to blue dish on side table
                                     old magazines/ papers relocated to pile for husband to sort
                                      resulting in one perfectly clear table

Before one and two

After: old ginger,garlic and onions discarded, bowl cleaned and items replaced. old card under bottles discarded and replaced. ceramic tile cleaned and worktop. bottles checked and cleaned before replacing. Cat food moved to one side.Plastic bags relocated.

Removed from the kitchen for storage in the shed. Jars and egg boxes to be given to my sister.

 Emptied and cleaned

 Returned all dental and toiletry items to drawer

 removed tools and random items, plugs, golf balls for my husband to declutter in second drawer

Checked coats hanging in hall ,all still wearable so no declutter needed.

number nineteen    Shoes

we have shoe boxes hiding an assortment of shoes. Some new and as yet unworn, some needing wearing in to become comfortable to wear. Only one pair of old trainers discarded for recycling. Shoe racks tidied also.

number eighteen    Sewing, four items in a pile awaiting sewing for over six months!! Two discarded for recycling.Two kept to sew. Jeans which were new and gave way at seam as shown

 and a blouse whose tie came off whilst washing

 self threading needles and cottons in similar shades

 both finished items ready for wearing again

Number seventeen   Cat hairs on curtains after cleaning

 The culprit who loves a sunny windowsill

Her bed needs the same treatment

Methods tried, a lint roller then sellotape with limited results
